Caught In The Act: The Google Adsense Click Fraud
Many web site owners were banned from using their Google Account because of click fraud. Because of the tremendous potential of making money through Adsense, they would surely want to get things back.
This is the very reason why many people engage in the Adsense Click Fraud. Clicking the ads for extorting money from the publishers is known as Click fraud. Whether you do it yourself or you hire somebody to click your ads, this is still considered as cheating.
Most website owners are aware that this fraud do exists, and has been one of the big problems that Adsense is tackling. In fact, you can get it yourself by going to your cpanel. You can send these logs to Google for investigation for suspicious activities.
Click fraud is a very serious matter for Adsense and giving them will give an impression that you are willing to cooperate in solving the trouble. You can also install free monitoring software to your webhost. Do not put you Adsense on pop ups and pop unders likewise on content sites that promote on illegal activity or fiddling of the legal rights of other people or business, adult and gambling sites.
If you believe that you may be breaking this rule, at once remove Adsense from your web page. Avoid telling your family or friends about your Adsense website. The probability of them clicking your ads is high in hope that you earn more money without you knowing it.
They may be doing more damage to you than help by trying it in the first place. Nearly all pay per click networks have similar measures in protecting their website against click fraud. Others can even track more than 50 data points, IP address, browser’s information, user’s session info and pattern recognition. Some of them have specialized teams, which are monitoring these fraudulent activities.
