Here’s A List To Start Your Very Own Blog
I have found several blogging ideas which I thought you would be interested somehow. These are generalized subjects which you can narrow down to your likings. Bottom line is, if you own a blog, you should habitually update it and build your links around related niches. This will greatly improve your readership and in turn be able to monetize it by joining paid-to-post blogging.
- Political blogs. These can be on news, activism, politics. One of the great source because the materials are endless and fresh.
- Personal blogs. These are the most common types of blogs. They can act as online diaries, day to day experiences, thoughts, hatred, love, friendship and many others.
- Topical blogs. They focuses on particular niche or topic. Usually these blogs are technical in nature.
- Health blogs. Focuses on health issues. Blogs which are written to medical news are called Medical blog. They are written by medical practitioners and/or patients themselves.
- Literary blogs. They are sometimes called as litblog.
- Travel blogs. Focuses on the bloggers journey on the places he has been. These types of blogs are very informative if you want the details for a certain place. Mostly they are written to educate travelers.
- Research blogs. Written by researchers touching on academic issues.
- Legal blogs. Also known as ‘blawgs’ and are written for technical areas on law and legal affairs.
- Media blogs. Focuses on inconsistencies of the mass media. They are usually written exclusively for a newspaper and television network.
- Religious blogs. Anything can be put here that touches religious thoughts.
- Educational blogs. They are usually written by students and teachers that touches on educational system and/or applications.
- Collective blogs. Specific topic written by a group of people.
- Directory blogs. These type of blogs are usually written by companies and their employees to promote and talk about their products.
- Personification blogs. These types of blogs focuses on non-humans and objects such as dogs, cats etc.
- Spam blogs. Also known as ’splogs’. They are written for the sole purpose of promoting a product of affiliate program.
I hope this list will give you the idea to start your very own blog (if you don’t have one.) Approximately, there are now 3 million blogs on the internet and are growing rapidly.
