The PayPal Team
One of my blog commenter, Elaine informed me that Paypal is now slowly restoring pending accounts to completed. I immediately checked my Paypal Account and presto my January 30th transaction is now completed. Unfortunately, my January 24th is not. I hope that within this week, this will be changed as well.
