Paypal to EON Unionbank Withdrawal Problems

This is my second post regarding the prevailing Paypal to EON withdrawal problems. Exactly two (2) hours ago since I called up the customer service center of Unionbank to report (again) with this Paypal to EON problem. Surprisingly, the CS told me that they did not encounter such problem and I am the first one to report the problem. Duh! I felt so stupid by her reply that I hold my call for 10 minutes trying to convince her about the problem.

I am really getting sick of what EON is doing to all their clients. They are blaming Paypal about the ‘Pending’ status problem. Why the hell they would do that?! The fact that I added a new account from BDO Equitable account and took no more than 1 day to change the status from Pending to Completed is already an indication that something is wrong with them internally.

Again, I tried to explain this to her, but I don’t know what’s on her head the she keep telling me it will take 11 banking days to receive the Paypal funds and that would be on Friday, February 8 that the money will be in my account? Again, that reply almost boiled my blood. I do transfer three (3) to four (4) times a month, and normally took no more than seven (7) days to receive!!! Sometimes I am receiving it during Saturdays and Sundays.

I think Unionbank has a lot of explaining to do about this Paypal to EON Withdrawal Problems. We just cannot pass to whomever we liked, this time to Paypal. I know for sure that Paypal is not the problem as I have added another bank account into my Paypal account and successfully completed the transaction.

Almost all Customer Service Agents from Unionbank are useless with this particular problem. It would be better off if they were Paypal users themselves so they would better understand what is going on today. This problem has caused numerous inconvenience,  not only for me, but also for everybody who are using their facility.
