Thought About Keyword Research Tools?

If you own a website or blog, keyword research is another important aspect in your day-to-day operation if you want to be found on search engines result. Targeting on low completion keywords, meaning less people are using it, but high searched keyword, meaning many people are trying to dig about it, will give you a greater chance of exposing your website and attracting organic traffic.

Today, there are many keyword research tools built to find the right keyword for your campaign. Keywords runs by the millions and trial and error promote wastage both of your time and of resources. To avoid such fate, read on below.

Overture (http://inventory.overture.com ) keyword research tool is a lot quicker and always free keyword suggestion tool. Unlike Wordtracker that tells you how many websites are targeting for that keyword, Overture only gives you the total number of searches from the last month statistics.

For instance, you searched for ‘weight loss diet’; overture will tell you that there are 82,256 searches from the last month. Also, additional list relating to your original search will be displayed along. If you searched for a word which is not common, most probably you will get no result. This means that only a few people have searched for that word during the last month.

Google has its own keyword suggestion tool
(https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal ). Although dubbed as Adwords, it is still useful when it comes to digging for the right keyword for our campaign. While Google allows you to find and provide you with reports and statistics, it is worth to note of the following features.

Guidebeam (http://www.guidebeam.com/) is another interesting resource. Enter a phrase and you will get a broad result related to your searches. The numbers generated against each phrase are Guidebeam’s estimation of how relevant that phrase is.

There are still many free and paid keyword research tools in the market you can use for your campaign. While they provide excellent ideas you should always remember to provide relevant and useful content so that your visitors will keep coming back.
